11/14 Kirkland & Ellis “Private Equity 101”- Do you plan on working in transactional law this summer but still have no clue what private equity is? If so, this event is for you! Attorneys from Kirkland & Ellis will be presenting on private equity and providing a basic introduction to the topic. The event will be in JON 5.627 from 12:00-1:30 and lunch will be served. Outline Bank Access- For ease of organization, we have created a form to fill out in order to get outline bank access. You may fill out the form here. When you have been added, you should receive a canvas invitation to join the TBLS outline bank. For those with outlines they would like to contribute, please send them to email@example.com

Dues – The fee schedule is as follows:
1Ls – $55
2Ls & 3Ls (New to TBLS) – $30
2Ls (Returning) – $20
3Ls (Returning) – $10
To pay dues: You can pay dues in several ways:
Cash or Check- Please leave a clearly marked envelope with your name and email at the TBLS mailbox at the communications center in the atrium. Checks can be made payable to the Texas Business Law Society. Email email@example.com when you drop off dues so that someone can collect them.
Venmo- Venmo our VP of Internal Affairs Reed Hash, at @Reed-Hash. Place your name and year level in the subject line.
